Andrea Andrus

Andrea Andrus is the Principal for Andrus Communications, a full-service branding and marketing communications agency. After over a decade of working in the marketing, public relations and advertising industry for large corporations Andrea started her own firm where she would be able to work directly with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Carlecia D. Wright

Under Carlecia’s leadership, various programs that promote equity and opportunity have been launched -including a regional job platform called TweetMyJobs Houston, along with LiftOff Houston, a Business Plan Competition that awards $30,000 annually, and Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Turnaround Houston Initiative that provides workforce resources to Houstonians. Her leadership of the City’s Supplier Diversity Program has led to more than 25,000 contracts totaling over $2 billion dollars being awarded to diverse businesses. Houston’s Supplier Diversity Program has become a model for cities around the country.

Carlecia has received several awards for her achievements, including being named one of Houston Chronicle’s 2016 Women to Watch in Business and a 40 Under 40 Professional by the Houston Business Journal. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College of Chicago and a Master’s Degree from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. She is a graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future, Leadership Houston, and an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow.


Sonja Troullier

Financial planner and registered investment advisor, Sonya Troullier, Senior Vice President of Wealth Development Strategies, believes that the cornerstone of all economic planning is understanding that everyone’s financial and life situation is unique. With this understanding, she is able to help her clients by executing robust financial strategies and teaching healthy fiscal habits. 

Brandy Kientzel

When companies want to become profitable they call a consultant. When profitable companies want to become epic, they call Brandy Kientzel. Brandy transforms teams, no matter their current culture, and makes them magical.

Brandy is one of a handful of personally mentored Jeffrey Gitomer licensed trainers. She has delicately transformed multiple companies from having “just good enough is sometimes perfect” attitudes into a sales culture where positivity breeds creativity and creativity breeds unstoppable energy and performance.

More than 8000 people have participated in her tailor-made workshops and have improved their performance and year-over-year growth resulting in millions of dollars in revenue.
